I couldn't have imagined how magical it would feel to have my daughters spend a few days with one of my best friends from childhood. Almost as wonderful as it felt just to sit in my backyard talking with her until it was dark and cooled off a little. What an amazing gift to have Ali in our home and sharing our lives for a few short days. Ali, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here. Being so present and loving to my girls and so totally wonderful. I miss you already and love you with all my heart.
