Halloween was a success. Dalia had major fun being a kitty cat (cost - $4.99 for the ears and tail, everything else was hand-me-down clothes). She loved trick or treating, and though while practicing with us she had NO trouble saying "trick or treat, give me some candy", she was sort of shy once we were out there. I think the last image of the night I remember is when she answered the door the last time to a kid in a Scream mask. She looked terrified. I think it was a mix of a really fun time and a "what the heck is going on here" kind of day.
